1. The contract between us
We always try to provide a quality service for every customer that uses our services. Every employee that we employ is personally interviewed and references are checked by us.
Our services may be ordered telephone, or email, and in doing so you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
For our cleaning services we ask you to provide us with a list of tasks you want the cleaner to do in advance of your first booking.
We ask you to provide cleaning materials and equipment needed, unless alternative arrangements have been made with us. All equipment should be safe and in full working order. If you do not have cleaning materials, and you ask us to purchase the items on your behalf, applicable service charges will apply.
You must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed.
The price you have been quoted does not include anything apart from cleaning unless otherwise stated.
If any estimate is given on how long it will take our cleaner to do the job, this is only an estimate based on the average time it takes to clean a home of similar size. For commercial premises several on-site inspections will need to be arranged to assess hours required and are subject to change.
A minimum of 3 hours per cleaning visit applies for commercial premises. If on any occasion the cleaner finishes the allocated work in less than 3 hours you the customer will still be charged for 3 hours.
You can change the number of hours, and the interval between cleaning visits, by giving at least 24 hours notice before the next cleaning visit.
We will not be held liable for work not completed, or not completed to a good standard, if other people are present in the property when our cleaners are working and carrying out the job.
One Off Spring Cleaning
We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should your original requirements change. A minimum of 4 hours per cleaning visit applies. You agree to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the work, unless other arrangements have been made with us. All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. If you do not have cleaning materials, and ask us to purchase items on your behalf, and supply equipment, applicable service charges will be applied. If any estimate of how long it will take our cleaners to do the job is being provided by us it is only an estimate based on the average time it takes to clean a home of similar size. It is difficult to estimate precisely how long such the job may take and a degree of flexibility may be required. You are advised that a one-off spring clean may take double the length of time required for regular domestic cleaning. One Off Spring Cleaning does not include professional carpet and upholstery cleaning, or professional outside window cleaning. Fridges and Freezers must be thoroughly defrosted before cleaning can start. Kitchen cupboards must be emptied before cleaning can start. They will not be covered by the terms if this is not the case. Ovens must be in a condition that will enable thorough cleaning with standard professional chemical products. We will do our best to make sure your electrical appliances, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, are cleaned to a high standard. However, if they have not been cleaned for some time we won't be held liable for ingrained dirt that cannot be cleaned using standard professional cleaning materials. It is always essential you are present at the end of the spring clean to ensure that you are happy, point out areas you want specifically cleaned, and sign off the work as completed to your satisfaction at the end. We will not be held liable for work not completed, or not completed to a good standard, if other people are present in the property when our cleaners are working and carrying out the job.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should your original requirements change. A minimum of 4 hours per cleaning visit applies. The quotation is based on a thorough assessment of the work to be done. While every effort is made to estimate the work as accurately as possible, it is sometimes necessary to include an additional sum in the final account for labour and materials, which could not be foreseen at the estimation stage. These items will always be discussed with you at the earliest opportunity. If our cleaners need to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of the premises where the work is to be carried out then a £12.00 charge may apply. The price you have been quoted does not include anything apart from cleaning. If any estimate of how long it will take our cleaners to do the job is being provided that is only an estimate based on the average time it takes to clean a home of similar size. It is difficult to estimate precisely how long the job may take and a degree of flexibility may be required. You are advised that an end of tenancy clean may take double the length of time required for a regular domestic clean. End of Tenancy Cleaning does not include professional carpet and upholstery cleaning, or professional outside window cleaning. Fridges and Freezers must be thoroughly defrosted before cleaning can start. Kitchen cupboards must be emptied before cleaning can start. They will not be covered by the terms if this is not the case. Ovens must be in a condition that will enable thorough cleaning with standard professional chemical products. We will do our best to make sure your electrical appliances, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, are cleaned to a high standard. However, if they have not been cleaned for some time we won't be held liable for ingrained dirt that cannot be cleaned using standard professional cleaning materials. It is always essential you are present at the end of the Tenancy clean to ensure that you are happy, point out areas you want specifically cleaned, and sign off the work as completed to your satisfaction at the end. We will not be held liable for work not completed, or not completed to a good standard, if other people,or tradesmen are working or present in the property when our cleaners are working and carrying out the job. Access is required to a clean and hygienic toilet and washroom facilities. Use of electricity and water may be required to complete the agreed contract of work.
We do not offer a landlord's guarantee so if your landlord is going to check your property to assess how much deposit you are entitled to receive we are not liable for the return of the deposit in any circumstance.
After Builders Cleaning
We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should your original requirements change. A minimum of 4 hours per cleaning visit applies. The quotation is based on a thorough assessment of the work to be done. While every effort is made to estimate the work as accurately as possible, it is sometimes necessary to include an additional sum in the final account for labour and materials, which could not be foreseen at the estimation stage. These items will always be discussed with you at the earliest opportunity. If our cleaners need to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of the premises where the work is to be carried out then a £12.00 charge may apply. The price you have been quoted does not include anything apart from cleaning. Cancellations
Domestic Cleaning: You may cancel a cleaning visit by giving us at least 24 hours advanced notice. You may terminate a contracted regular cleaning service by giving 14 days advanced notice and specifying the last cleaning date. You agree to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if you cancel or change the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the schedule appointment. You agree to pay the full price of the cleaning visit in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or a problem with your keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. You agree to pay the full price of one cleaning visit in the case of a termination of the service if you have given less than 7 days advanced notice but by giving 24 hours advanced notice before or immediately after the first cleaning visit only. We will not be held liable for work not completed, or not completed to a good standard, if other people,or tradesmen are working or present in the property when our cleaners are working and carrying out the job. Access is required to a clean and hygienic toilet and washroom facilities. Use of electricity and water may be required to complete the agreed contract of work.
End of Tenancy Cleaning: You may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 48 hours prior to the agreed start time. You agree to pay £20 cancellation fee per cleaner if you cancel or change the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You agree to pay a £20 cancellation fee per cleaner in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or a problem with customer's keys. If keys are provided they must open without any special efforts or skills. We will not be held liable for work not completed, or not completed to a good standard, if other people,or tradesmen are working or present in the property when our cleaners are working and carrying out the job. Access is required to a clean and hygienic toilet and washroom facilities. Use of electricity and water may be required to complete the agreed contract of work.

You agree to pay a £20 cancellation fee per cleaner in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or a problem with customer's keys. If keys are provided they must open without any special efforts or skills. We will not be held liable for work not completed, or not completed to a good standard, if other people,or tradesmen are working or present in the property when our cleaners are working and carrying out the job. Access is required to a clean and hygienic toilet and washroom facilities. Use of electricity and water may be required to complete the agreed contract of work.
After Party Cleaning: You may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 48 hours prior to the agreed start time. You agree to pay £20 cancellation fee per cleaner if you cancel or change the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You agree to pay a £20 cancellation fee per cleaner in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or a problem with customer's keys. If keys are provided they must open without any special efforts or skills. We will not be held liable for work not completed, or not completed to a good standard, if other people,or tradesmen are working or present in the property when our cleaners are working and carrying out the job. Access is required to a clean and hygenic toilet and washroom facilities. Use of electricity and water may be required to complete the agreed contract of work.
Valeting Services: You may cancel the scheduled valeting job at least 48 hours prior to the agreed start time. You agree to pay £10 cancellation fee per vehicle if you cancel or change the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You agree to pay a £10 cancellation fee per vehicle in the event of a lock-out caused by our valeters being turned away; no one home or in at your business premises to let them in; or a problem with customer's keys. If keys are provided they must open without any special efforts or skills. We will not be held liable for work not completed, or not completed to a good standard, if other people,or tradesmen are working or present in the property when our valeters are working and carrying out the job.
Gardening & Landscape Maintenance Services: You may cancel the scheduled gardening service job at least 48 hours prior to the agreed start time. You agree to pay £10 cancellation fee per employee if you cancel or change the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You agree to pay a £10 cancellation fee per employee in the event of a lock-out caused by our employees being turned away; no one home or in at your business premises to let them in; or a problem with customer's keys. If keys are provided they must open without any special efforts or skills. We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should your original requirements change. A minimum of 2 hours per visit applies if this is not part of a normal onsite contract with other onsite services. If this service is combined with another onsite service then the contract will only need to be minimum 1 hour work. The quotation is based on a thorough assessment of the work to be done. While every effort is made to estimate the work as accurately as possible, it is sometimes necessary to include an additional sum in the final account for labour and materials, which could not be foreseen at the estimation stage. These items will always be discussed with you at the earliest opportunity. Website prices quoted for £10 does not include costs for materials or equipment whcih may have to be hired for specific jobs or does not include transportation costs of said goods.Access is required to a clean and hygenic toilet and washroom facilities. Use of electricity and water may be required to complete the agreed contract of work.
Painting & Decorating Services: You may cancel the scheduled painting & decorating service job at least 48 hours prior to the agreed start time. You agree to pay £15 cancellation fee per employee if you cancel or change the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You agree to pay a £15 cancellation fee per employee in the event of a lock-out caused by our employees being turned away; no one home or in at your business premises to let them in; or a problem with customer's keys. If keys are provided they must open without any special efforts or skills. We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should your original requirements change. A minimum of 2 hours per visit applies. Website prices quoted for £12 does not include costs for materials or equipment which may have to be hired for specific jobs or does not include transportation costs of said goods. The quotation is based on a thorough assessment of the work to be done. While every effort is made to estimate the work as accurately as possible, it is sometimes necessary to include an additional sum in the final account for labour and materials, which could not be foreseen at the estimation stage. These items will always be discussed with you at the earliest opportunity. We will not be held liable for work not completed, or not completed to a good standard, if other people,or tradesmen are working or present in the property when our cleaners are working and carrying out the job. Access is required to a clean and hygienic toilet and washroom facilities. Use of electricity and water may be required to complete the agreed contract of work.
Loyalty Card: Arc Angel Services reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme at anytime without notice. Full promotional details or changes will be posted on the Loyalty Card homepage. The loyalty card is issued by and remains the property of Arc Angel Services. The loyalty card is to be used by the authorised person only and is not transferable. To qualify for discounts or offers, this card must be presented at the time of any work being carried out. Arc Angel Services does not accept liability for lost , stolen or damaged cards. If a card is lost, stolen or damaged the cardholder should contact Arc Angel Services. Arc Angel Services reserve the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where it is found the cardholder has used the card in breach of the conditions or has been abused.
Premier Customer Discount: Arc Angel Services reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme at anytime without notice. Full promotional details or changes will be posted on the Loyalty Card homepage. The loyalty card is issued by and remains the property of Arc Angel Services. The loyalty card is to be used by the authourised person only and is not transferable. To qualify for discounts or offers, this card must be presented at the time of any work being carried out. Arc Angel Services does not accept liability for lost , stolen or damaged cards. If a card is lost, stolen or damaged the cardholder should contact Arc Angel Services. Arc Angel Services reserve the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where it is found the cardholder has used the card in breach of the conditions or has been abused.
Cancellation by us
1. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if;
1.1 we have insufficient staff to fulfil the booking you have ordered;
1.2 we do not cover your area; or
1.3 one or more of the services you have ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
2.1 If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from you as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your booking.
2.2 Not withstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
2.3 By entering into a contract with Arc Angel Services, you agree that after the termination of the cleaning service you will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to you by Arc Angel Services. If you do wish to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner then you must pay a referral fee of £500.
Complaints
In case of a complaint, we ask you to notify us within 24 hours of completion of the cleaning or valeting work. We will not consider any complaints that are notified after a period of 24 hours. If you are dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.
Claims
While our cleaners will treat your home or your business with great care accidents can and do happen from time to time.
Arc Angel Services has public and employer's liability insurance. The policy will cover major accidental damage caused by our cleaners. There is £250.00 excess on any claim payable by the customer. Poor service, breakable/damage, or theft, must be reported within 24 hours from our service date. Any claims reported later than 24 hours after the clean will not be considered.
All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are; cash, jewellery, items of sentimental value, art and antiques.
Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost by our cleaners. There is a £30 per location liability limit.
Arc Angel Services cannot be held responsible for:
Domestic cleaning job not complete due to the lack of suitable cleaning equipment (e.g. vacuum cleaner, mop, sponge, cloths, cleaning liquids etc.)
Wear or discolouring of fabric becoming more visible once dirt has been removed.
Old stains that cannot be removed using normal cleaning methods,
Existing damage or spillage that cannot be cleaned or removed completely by the cleaner using materials provided.
Accidental damage due to faulty equipment.
Accidental damage worth £250.00 or less.
Accidental damage caused by a cleaner working for Arc Angel Services, if there is an outstanding amount owed to Arc Angel Services (excluding payment due for the cleaning visit when the accident happened).
All fragile and highly breakable items, cash, jewellery, items of sentimental value, art and antiques.
Third party entering or present at the customer's property during the cleaning booking.
Arc Angel Services will not be responsible for triggering any alarm systems. Customer should provide special instructions for deactivation/activation of any alarm systems.
2. Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Arc Angel Services. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify,distribute or re post anything on this website for any purpose.
3. Accuracy of content
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all services have been fairly described.
4. Damage to your computer
We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website. Except in the case of negligence on our part, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
5. Availability
All services are subject to acceptance and availability. If the service you have booked is not available, we will contact you by email or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the service is available or to cancel your booking.
6. All prices quoted are for up to 1/2 hr or up to 1hr as per contract. In some instances the employee may finish the service and leave before his/her agreed or contracted time, but payment will be billed for up to the hour and the customer will be billed accordingly. Normal working hours apply when billing. A premium payment will be charged for weekends or overnight work and this will be agreed, contracted to in your requested written quote.
7. In some cases more than one employee may be present onsite to help out or to speed up the work to meet the agreed deadlines. Prices are quoted per employee and will be billed as such.
8. The prices payable for services that you book are as set in our website. All prices are inclusive of tax at the current rates and are correct at time of entering the information.
9. Payment methods and terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Direct Bank Transfer or Standing Order. Our bank details will be provided when you book our services.
- Cash paid to our employee if agreed either verbally or in writing with the company directors on the day of the completed service.
- PayPal
- Credit & Debit cards T.B.C
- Invoice (28 day Terms available. Subject to Terms & Conditions)
A deposit of 50% maybe required for contact work or a one of job. This will be discussed and agreed upon before work commences.
11. A deposit may be required for hiring of transport, machinery or materials required to carry out the contracted service.
12. Non Payment
Arc Angel Services will collect any outstanding monies owed to us. If as a result we have to use a debt collecting agency or any other legal agencies to secure payment, you agree to pay any debt collecting agency fees, court fees, legal costs, or interest that will occur due to the result on non payment of your outstanding bill.
13. Acknowledgement and acceptance of your booking
Our Services may be ordered by telephone, email and by doing this you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You will need to provide us with your email address and we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your booking and email you again to confirm details. An acceptance of your order will take place when we receive your completed client instruction form.
By ordering our service by telephone, email, or our website you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant British & European law, and by agreeing to be bound by them the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of England And the European Union. Arc Angel Services reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice. Please check this website for updates.
14. Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at (Please contact us) and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time.
15. Changes to legal notices
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
16. Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
17. Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
18. Third party rights
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
19. PRIVACY STATEMENT
Arc Angel Services are committed to protecting the privacy of anyone using our website and the confidentiality of any information's that you provide us with. the purpose of this statement is to set out how we use any personal information that we may obtain from you.

We comply with the Act in all our dealings with your personal data.
Use and collection of personal information
In general you can visit our website without telling us who you are and without revealing any information's about yourself.
Security
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data that you disclose online and we will not be responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilfully default.
