Holiday Home Cleaning From £8.00 Per Hour
Using Arc Angel Cleaning Services means Peace of Mind. We are reliable and provide qualified cleaners who respect your home and know that first impressions count. We leave your holiday accommodation spotless and welcoming for your new guest' s every time.
We change all bedding and towels and kitchen cloths etc, and take them away and launder them at our own premises and bring them back for your next booking.
We empty all bins and clean the cooker and microwave. Wash all crockery & kitchen utensils. The cleaners will also clean every corner, behind sofas and cabinets and carry out a clean of your kitchen, fridge, bedrooms and bathrooms.
We check for faults and repairs and notify you or your property management company of any damage.
We also check light bulbs and replace them, if necessary.
Our Holiday Home Cleaning service is usually provided on a Saturday but we can provide a mid week service if required.
Property Clean & Set Up From £8.00 Per Hour
For properties newly appointed as holiday lets, or recently converted from other use, we can clean and set up the property at the beginning of the letting period in preparation for arriving guests.
Vacant Property Refresh From £8.00 Per Hour
Holiday changeovers are conducted on departure. Where a property is left vacant for a period of time, we will if instructed visit the property prior to an arrival to check that everything is in order, and to sweep, dust and polish where necessary. As directed by the owner, this may be done after an empty period of between 2 weeks - 1 month, depending on the property. We are happy to schedule regular visits to ensure that the property is secure and no internal problems have taken place e.g burst pipes, burglary, and to comply with the owner's insurance requirements during empty periods.
Mid-Booking Linen Change
For bookings of longer than one week where a linen change is required, we will visit the property to remove and replace dirty linen and towels, including making beds.
Winter & Out of Season From £8.00 Per HourDuring winter and cold weather periods it may be necessary to visit a property prior to a booking to turn on the heating, and/ or to air the property. We can provide this service as and when required. Where property owners use a letting agent, we liaise with the agency to ensure smooth handling of all arrivals and departures. Our associate will liaise with staying guests. In this way we offer a complete 'hands-off' service particularly suited to customers who require little or no involvement in the management of their property.
We can also provide a welcome basket for your guests, if required at an extra small cost to your guests.
