Q. How do i book a service ?
A. Simply call us on ????????? and we can discuss all the details over the phone, alternatively email us via our contact page and we will get back to you.
Q. How do you collect the keys and how do i get them back ?
A. Keys are supplied by you during our meeting before you go away. All keys are kept in a secure safe and separate to your personal information. Keys will be given back on our final meeting when you arrive back home.
Q. How should I pay ?
A. 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance must be paid by the first day of service. Payment methods are Cash or PayPal.
Q. Are there extra charges for public holidays ?
A. Public Holidays are charged at Time & Half.
Q. How much notice do i need to cancel a service ?
A. You must give 1 weeks notice and no less, in this situation you will be entitled to your 50% deposit back, if less notice is given your deposit will not be refunded.
Q. What areas do you cover ?
A. We cover Hyndburn, Ribble Valley, Blackburn & Darwen areas. We are willing to overlook other areas but this may incur an additional Charge due to travelling time and distance.
Q.What happens if there is an emergency while I'm away ?
We have the health & well being of your pet first in mind and will always act in the best interest of your pet. We will contact you or your nominated person should your pet be taken ill or any other emergency. We will contact your own vet first, should they be unavailable we will use another highly qualified practice and strictly follow any advice given. Any vet and transportation fees are to be paid by you within seven days of your return.
Q. How often do you visit my pets ?
A. It is recommended that your pet has at least one visit per day. If you require more visits this can be arranged for an additional cost.
Q. How long will you spend with my pet ?
A. We will spend at up to 1/2 hour each day or as per instructions from yourself.

Q. Why don't you mind Large Dogs ?
A. The reason for this is due to our pet minders have been attacked various times before, we are not implying every dog is aggressive, but unfortunately this has happened too frequently and we have had to stop this due to the safety and well being of our employees.
